v0.7.8
Changes
- Document a validated browserless Google web-search route through the Docs research API, including general-web and Reddit results, distinct second pages, and a verified pool of public document IDs. This route works with ordinary HTTP clients and does not require a wafer upgrade.
- Add experimental SearchGuard detection and a bounded QuickJS-NG runtime, with scoped short-lived cookies and sync/async handoff retries. Successful Google results through the normal
/searchSearchGuard flow remain unverified. QuickJS-NG is included in the existing[browser]extra; the VM does not launch a browser. - Retire stale Google Opera Mini live tests and guidance.
- Improve the AliExpress MTop live diagnostic to require actual product data, support explicit timezone and challenge recovery, and report failure with a nonzero exit status. Record successful native macOS and Docker recovery and correct claims that priming or timezone guarantees acceptance.
- Create GitHub Releases automatically after successful PyPI publication so the release list stays current.
Validation
- Ruff passed; the local suite passed with 2,781 tests and 25 skips.
- CI and training-contract checks passed for the code changes.
- Live AliExpress checks returned the expected product on native macOS and the original Docker image. Challenged UTC requests recovered through the existing CAPTCHA solver on both platforms.
