Validated against glide-mq 0.17.0 with the existing consumer peer floor. Includes the merged dependency security fixes. Priority and delay route tests now assert pending-job state transitions.

Validation: 160 tests, build, lint, audit, package exports and an isolated live Valkey HTTP smoke passed. CI and Revuto passed on the merged PR.
