[Bug]: Auto-LinkedIn Files Deleted #2048

Describe the bug
- Auto-LinkedIn Files are deleted before commiting any files.
- They are automatcally deleted on fetching the upstream and pulling data
Steps to reproduce the behavior

This will stop before commiting anything
