Created script for arranging files in a directory as per their extensions into different sub directories.

Description

Added script script_dirs.py, README.md and output images for the script.
I have put the location of the images as per the master branch of the origin not as per mine.
So the images won't show up on readme file now but they can be seen in img folder
They will show up once the PR is merged.
