datarax 0.1.10 adoption

Requires datarax>=0.1.10, whose operators receive the record's PRNG key as the fourth argument of apply. Every DiffBio operator names that argument key; the stochastic ones (VAE reparameterization, read downsampling, stochastic gate selection, masked-gene masking, the single-cell simulator, the doublet scorers) draw from it and refuse to run without one. wrap_probabilistic takes rngs. The _unique_id workaround, the cacheable config fields and the cache argument of eager_reset are gone.
