avitai-artifex 0.1.10 adoption

artifex 0.1.10 removed its reduce_loss helper: the multi-omics VAE takes the batch mean of its per-sample reconstruction error directly, and the two batch-correction operators' reconstruction losses are calibrax's mse. Requires avitai-artifex 0.1.10.
