Fixes

• The selected option is visible in light mode. The selected button's background matched the switcher and the page, so only the icon colour showed the choice. The switcher is now a small card with a ring, and the selected option has its own background in both themes.
• The switcher no longer covers tall forms. It used to be fixed over the page, so on a short screen a tall form such as registration ran underneath it. It now sits in the authentication page layout: at the top or bottom edge of the viewport when there's room, and above or below the form when there isn't.

Behaviour changes

• Render hooks: the switcher now renders through panels::simple-layout.start (top positions) and panels::simple-layout.end (bottom positions), not panels::body.end. It is no longer position: fixed.
• enabledOn(): a route listed there that uses the full panel layout, such as a profile page that isn't simple, no longer shows the switcher. Those pages already have Filament's theme switcher in the user menu.
