Readability v0.1.0-alpha

Development Build 1 acts as a bare-bones proof of concept and satisfies these requirements:

Functional:

• Computes readability of input using Dale-Chall Readability Formula.
• Prints a brief, nicely formatted readability report to the terminal.
• User can either give a filename or line-by-line input.
• Input terminated by CTRL-D at this stage.

Nonfunctional:

• Clearly readable in the terminal.
• Recognizes some proper nouns where easily possible.
• Recognizes insufficient (< 100 words) or invalid input.
• Uses a hash table with a simple hashing function.

This version supports Linux only.
