How to install Logger only

Problem

Customer was trying to install Powertools with Langchain and Langchain had issues with pydantic v1 due to the default recommended installation: pip install aws-lambda-powertools[all].

Is this related to an existing documentation section?

How can we improve?

Bring back the minimum install pip install aws-lambda-powertools as the default.

Got a suggestion in mind?

Bring back the minimum install, then explain about the extra dependencies for anyone who wants it.

There were also issues in copying/pasting values from certain links using newer browsers
