Will approve after MPL is bumped to latest

I do not know Memory, Latency, or concurrency testing best practices; but I am confident that the tests written here will identify any regression in performance.

I would have more confidence if we were using a dedicated benchmarking library or product, rather than rolling our own bench mark tests, but in the future, we can address that.

(Note: the AWS SDK for Java v2 has a benchmark suite, which uses JMH. We could follow the SDK team's lead on this.)

Praise: I love a progress bar for any long running job.

Fun fact: I had to spend the same amount of time on progress bar as much as I spent on memory sampling! Cause multi-threading, sys out i/o, and progress bar don't play nicely. So the love is mutual haha!

JMH is my preferred Java benchmarking framework, and used it for DB-ESDK Tests here . The tests here are simple enough and give us a standard methodology to compare numbers with other esdk languages (which itself might not mean much though). For sure this will avoid major regression, and act as extension point for future performance suites.

Tested by the harness by making the frame size 10.
This made the throughput results worse, and impact scaled by payload size, which is what expect.

Approving.
