Description of changes:
Some travis build improvements:

1. Build Binaries on every PR / push to make sure those processes always work
2. Build Docker Images on every PR / push to make sure those processes always work
3. Generate K8s yaml resource files from the helm template to make sure those processes always work
4. Name the travis jobs
