Upgrading NVIDIA driver to check ParallelCluster Cookbook System Test
Upgrading NVIDIA driver, fabric manager and Cuda to v535 and v12.2 respectively.
Adding CC=/usr/bin/gcc10-gcc for NVIDIA installation in Alinux2

Tests

• Unit Tests
• ./kitchen.ec2.sh platform-install test -c 10 nvidia-driver
