Based on the default GitHub templates and the [aws/aws-toolkit-jetbrains](https://github.com/aws/aws-toolkit-jetbrains/issues/new/choose) templates. For the most part, they're just the default GitHub templates with placeholder text wrapped in comment blocks, which prevents the placeholder text from being rendered if a user forgets to delete it.
