start_jupyterlab.pyscript for setting launch options with JupyterLab. Ensures that iPython is configured to auto-load the installedgraph_notebook.magicsextension for every new kernel.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
