Description of changes:
Added some text to explain that if you are using compiled code, it should be done with as few CPU optimizations as possible. For example, don't compile on a fancy instance with SSE2 because it will start failing if your deployment package runs on a T2.micro. I've run into this several times in us-east-1 and discussed it with support.
