Create the side pane which allows exploring resources (such as SiteWise assets/properties) for utilization in the dashboard (such as adding properties to dashboard widgets)

Mock up:

Followup requirements:

  • Support SiteWise assets and properties
  • Ability to drag and drop properties (eventually will need to be able to drag and drop assets as well however)
  • Basic search/filter functionality
