[FEATURE] Set image tag when pushing a Soci index and an image index

Description

Hi, is it possible to set a tag when pushing a Soci index or an image index to a repository?

Usecase: I want to manage those indices with ECR lifecycle policy, and tags are important to define lifecycle rule.

I'm not sure if it is already supported or not, so please let me know if there is a way to do it 🙏
