What's new

  • Dashboard v3/v4. A redesigned Active table, a Parent tasks section for planned multi-milestone work, and a wave graph with Run next wave, which starts the next milestones whose dependencies have merged.
  • /pipelinely-babysit. A new skill, with a Babysit my tasks pill on the Active toolbar, that keeps your in-flight tasks moving from the orchestrator session.
  • Design-system (ds) tasks. A new task kind for a Figma component change:
    • /pipelinely-design-intake reads the Figma change, finds the matching code component and lists the apps that use it, before planning;
    • /pipelinely-design-qa compares the Storybook stories (Light and Dark) with Figma, the designer approves or requests changes on the Design approval tab, and merge waits for approval; /pipelinely-design-fixes applies the notes;
    • /pipelinely-adopt queues one backlog item per affected app after the merge.
  • /pipelinely-merge-conflicts. A fresh session merges the base branch into a conflicting PR, keeps both sides' intent, re-verifies and hands the task back.
  • /pipelinely-bookmark. Save something from a Claude session (an answer, a quote, a pointer) to read later.
  • tmux is the only dispatch writer. Worker tabs are driven through tmux; the AppleScript write path is gone.
  • Cleaner merges. Merging a task retires its sessions, and finished tasks' worktrees can be swept (npm run worktree-sweep).
  • Smaller things. A dashboard intro step in /pipelinely, a setting to turn off weekly focus, an interactive code-review findings tab, and the pipeline's stage order taught consistently as dev → CR → CR fixes → QA → QA fixes → merge.

Privacy

No Pipelinely servers receive your code, sessions or pipeline state. Claude Code still talks to Anthropic, and git and gh talk to GitHub with your own credentials.

Known gap

Ten new e2e fixture files (e2e/fixtures/tasks/*/TASK.md) were left out of this publish, so four e2e specs (ds-intake-adopt, ds-design-gate, ds-kind-stepper, cta-fix-merge-conflicts) fail on a fresh clone. The unit test suite is unaffected. They ship in the next release.
