Moves the `labs/` gitlink from `ee1312cfe7` to `1b6de149f4` (aztec-node
`main`) and empties `labs-patches/`.

All eight patches in the queue landed upstream in
[aztec-labs-eng/aztec-node#429](https://github.com/aztec-labs-eng/aztec-node/pull/429),
so they drop out of the series:

`labs-patches/bootstrap.sh status` reports base = checkout =
`1b6de149f4` with an empty series, and `check` passes.
