Install

Download dmri-agent-1.1.0.zip, extract it, close Slicer, and follow the installation instructions. SHA256SUMS contains the package checksum. Requires 3D Slicer 5.6 or newer; workflow-specific tools are installed separately.

Local validation: 525 regression tests passed (6 skipped). Live macOS tests completed sample DWI-to-FA and ROI-seeded UKF tractography workflows.

Validation and limitations

443 regression tests passed; 6 skipped. Cross-platform package and runtime checks passed on macOS, Linux, and Windows. Live macOS testing with DeepSeek Flash completed the official sample DWI-to-FA workflow with numerical verification.

Workflow availability depends on external tools. Live tests showed recoverable model tool-call errors and a Slicer shutdown issue also reproduced without Agent registration. For research use only.
