coco-pipe 0.0.2

Reports render from a PyPI install again. The 0.0.1 wheel and sdist held only base.html and section.html of the report templates, so rendering any report raised jinja2.exceptions.TemplateNotFound: 'static/tailwind_config.html'; the templates under partials/ and static/ are now packaged. Installs from a source checkout were not affected.
