Docs: Updated and refined CLI Usage guide

Updates for the CLI Usage page

We have added a section with frequently used commands for:

• key management;
• token operations (transfers, balance check, etc);
• governance operations;
• validator operations.

These commands are ready to copy and use, the only action needed is to replace wallet name/validator address/etc.

@dariaag good work on generating and checking many of the babylond commands.

I have a structure change request. The right sidebard nav is userful however it is too long, causing navigation on mobile almost impossible. Also this will lead to a very large indexed object on search and analytics.

So let's use the left hand sidebar nav to break it down.

Under Root nav let's use .

Then each of the convenient pages have their own page.

The last page is Full list command, and we break it up based on top level commands, so right hand side nav only shows the sub commands.

@dariaag An improvement suggestion, are you able to instruct the LLM to come up with at least one example for each sub command? i think it will help developer a lot if we have realistic commands underneath to guide them with input.
