Initial release of Pathauto for Backdrop.

This is a port of Pathauto from Drupal 7. The version is somewhere between Pathauto 7.x-1.2 and the not-yet-released Pathauto 7.x-1.3. It should be feature equivalent to the 1.2 version, with full API compatibility with the exception of modules that have been removed from Backdrop, such as support for Forum or Blog modules.
