Nothing tricky here - just changing the version constraint to permit installing in PHP 8.0 projects.

Any chance of having this merged? This is currently holding up our upgrade to PHP 8.

@benr77 Thanks for the PR.
I used good old mail to ping @Nyholm. He simply had drowned in github notifcations, so we should have @'ed him to make ourselves heard. I totally understand the problem.
