This patch release 0.4.3 keeps bad input from looking like a broken database.

  • An overlong licence ID ending in + (in --id, license_id, an SPDX tag, a License: line, or a JSON or TOML license field) is now no match, not DatabaseNotReadyError (CLI exit 1, not 2). A real read failure still raises.
