v0.15.0

This release introduces backend-agnostic support for embedding SBOM directly into Python wheels.
It is no longer limited to Hatchling.

Install/upgrade:

pip install -U pitloom

You can also ask the AI skills and Claude Code plugin to "embed SBOM to the wheel".
