May still need some improvements. I resorted to creating brotli.c as a symlink in tools/ and no path name in Makefile.am _SOURCES to get rid of an error regarding the .Po file while building. |

When everything is configured to build the libraries, it's convenient to build and install the brotli command line tool at the same time.
