docs(i18n): translate OIDC-SSO + Backup-Restore + Alerting + Custom-Error-Pages to French — Batch 3 (v2.10.2)
Third ship of the Wiki i18n workstream. 4 operationally-critical
pages translated (~836 lines combined), all with language switcher
headers + EN companions updated, _Sidebar.md expanded with FR
links per section.
