Minor Changes

• #305 258175a Thanks @abrahamguo! - Add createEmbeddedSqlProcessor(isSqlTag), which builds the embedded-sql
  processor for SQL tags other than sql, $queryRaw and $executeRaw.
  isSqlTag receives the tag's member path without call or type arguments, so
  db.query`...` gives db.query and slonik's sql.type(schema)`...`
  gives sql.type.

Patch Changes

• #304 d38e1f6 Thanks @abrahamguo! - The embedded-sql processor now skips ALTER TABLE sub-commands that start
  with a statement keyword, such as sql`DROP COLUMN ${sql(column)}` or a
  bare sql`SET`. They are fragments of a larger statement, but were linted
  as statements, so no-syntax-error reported them.
