• Plan drain rate card in Settings → Accounts: shows model-hours and request count used this window, alongside the remaining allowance
• Whole-window rate estimator: when the collector watched a quota window from its reset, uses the single complete delta instead of paired intervals — eliminates a 2.7× overstatement from paired-interval selection bias
• Hours-used tracking: the app now reports what a window already cost (model-hours + requests), not just what remains

Fixes

• Quota window duration from provider label: OMP shipped a 5h window labelled "7 days"; the label now wins over the client-reported windowDurationMs, fixing a 33× entitlement compression
• Schema migration 14→15: backfills window_duration_ms from retained labels for 1,461 of 2,347 readings that were null
• OMP v2 cursor persistence: cursor is now committed on persist so the drain backlog resolves in one cycle instead of leaking across restarts
• Generalized duration_from_label: parses "7 days", "7 Day", "5 Hour", and similar label variants
