Control_L keybind ignored, only Control_R triggers Omarchy binds

What's wrong?

I’m experiencing an issue where Omarchy does not respect the Control_L modifier in keybinds. It only responds to Control_R, even when Control_L is explicitly specified.

In the utilities.conf, I have:

bindd = SUPER SHIFT, SPACE, Toggle top bar, exec, omarchy-toggle-waybar
bindd = SUPER Control_L, SPACE, Next background in theme, exec, omarchy-theme-bg-next
bindd = SUPER SHIFT CTRL, SPACE, Pick new theme, exec, omarchy-menu theme

The second line SUPER Control_L, SPACE only triggers when I press the right Control key (Control_R). Pressing left Control (Control_L) does nothing.

I have verified it's not an issue with my keyboard with wev

It still works with the right 😢

Do you use Ctrl keys for switching keyboard layouts via input.conf @negoro26 , I've found that to block keys for other bindings.

Nope, not even that. I use the default config, nothing changed, except for disabling mouse accel.
