Packaging fix, no library code change.

Fixed

  • The documentation tree now ships in the hex tarball. 1.2.0's package
    carried only the top-level docs (README, CHANGELOG, UPGRADING, usage-rules),
    so documentation/ — including the multi-tenant adoption checklist — was
    reachable only on GitHub/hexdocs while UPGRADING.md and the CHANGELOG
    referenced it by repo-relative path. Installed-package readers now get the
    tutorials (get-started, tenancy-adoption-checklist), the DSL reference, and
    the Livebook alongside those references. No library code changed; hexdocs
    and the package page README are unaffected.
