ash_replicant 1.6.0 — durable-tombstone observability + enforced decoder floors, on Replicant 1.4.1.

  • Replicant lock resolved to 1.4.1 (requirement range unchanged); every consumer-facing delta of the patch verified with no impact here.
  • Durable tombstone leg: attempt-time telemetry + a bounded write.
  • Decoder release floors enforced at activation; doctor mirrors.
  • Decoder-fact maps derived from one SourceSet home (compile-gated).
  • Decoder/table-set contract switches halt under their own name.
  • Order-insensitive publication view in the session-identity guard.
  • New: scripts/verify-release.sh — the post-publish public-state gate.

Battery of record: CI run 37076602983, all cells green on 1f92f35 (the latest-compatible cell adjudicated by clean rerun after a compatibility-runner flake of the documented start_link class; the same bytes passed the full local live suite twice).
