ash_replicant 1.6.1 — the full docs-sweep release.

  • Every tracked doc reviewed against the shipped code, file by file: RECOVERY matrix gains the decoder-contract-switch and below-floor rows; README and the tour notebook state the attempt-observable, budgeted durable tombstone leg; the notebook event inventory and decoder floors updated; AGENTS rule 12, CHARTER, ROADMAP, ADR-0002 (Replicant 1.4.1 lock amendment), and CONTRIBUTING (the complete seven-step shipping routine) updated.
  • Battery diagnosability: the value-free FAILED receipt self-classifies (no repo frame = the kill/timeout class); the StartLinkTest stop task is unlinked so a stop crash flunks by name and site instead of killing the test framelessly; the DataCase binds no-sandbox ownership windows to test ceilings.
  • Replicant lock 1.4.1 (requirement unchanged); every consumer-facing delta of the patch verified with no impact.

Battery of record: CI run 37100599409, all cells green on 06fc52b — including every cell that ever carried the StartLinkTest compatibility-runner class.
