The latest headers have been merged so CI builds are passing and I am merging these changes. I've created #7 to track support for older headers. |

Description of Changes
Adds support for the recently released cl_khr_semaphore, cl_khr_external_semaphore, and cl_khr_external_memory provisional extensions. Also includes the recently released cl_pocl_content_size API.
Testing Done
Tested with a simple semaphore sample.
