Features

  • See transcription progress after releasing the key. The macOS overlay stays visible with a blue spinner and “Transcribing…” label until the request completes or fails. A separate MM:SS timer shows elapsed transcription time, starting from zero when processing begins. (#651)
  • A fuller recording waveform. The recording timer sits closer to the left edge, and wider, taller waveform bars fill the remaining pill space. (#651)

Bug fixes

  • Keep the transcription pill compact after live-preview recordings, and restore the preview layout if a failed toggle-stop request returns to recording. (#651)
  • Preserve overlay visibility across overlapping recording and transcription activity. Ignore duplicate recording-completion events so they cannot stop another active recording indicator. (#651)
