Fixes

  • Fix Fn+Space recordings getting stuck when Fn is held long enough to start hold-to-record before Space is pressed. A second Fn+Space now stops the recording reliably, including slower key presses.
  • Preserve recording setup and release requests when switching from hold-to-record to toggle mode. Toggle recordings keep their usual clipboard behavior without automatically pasting into the focused field.
  • Allow Fn+Space to start a new recording if the preceding hold recording has already failed. While holding bare Fn during a toggle recording, the app now shows “Release Fn to stop transcription”.

Performance

  • Load CLI commands only when selected, reducing startup overhead for dictation and other commands.
