Fixes

• Fix agent-cli daemon install transcription-proxy installing a service that could never start. It ran agent-cli server transcription-proxy, which does not exist; it now runs agent-cli server transcribe-proxy. (#673)
• The transcription-proxy service now installs all the extras the proxy needs (server, wyoming, llm), not just server.

If you installed the transcription-proxy service before, reinstall it with agent-cli daemon install transcription-proxy.
