Improvements

• The CUDA TTS Docker image (agent-cli-tts:<version>-cuda, latest-cuda) is about half the size: 6.3 GB instead of 12.4 GB. It now builds on python:3.13-slim instead of NVIDIA's CUDA base image, whose CUDA 12.9 and cuDNN libraries were unused because torch bundles its own CUDA 13 libraries. (#675)

GPU use needs an NVIDIA driver that supports CUDA 13 (>= 580), as the cuda-transformers ASR image already does. Running with --gpus, compose deploy.resources.reservations.devices, or CDI devices works as before; setups that relied on runtime: nvidia without requesting a GPU now need to request one.
