RPC clients can answer questions.

  • Questionnaires over RPC: RPC clients that opt in receive each ask_user_question call as one request carrying all its questions and reply with the answers, so headless and embedded integrations can handle interactive prompts; clients that don't opt in see no change (#4089)

  • RPC clients can answer ask_user_question: after {"type": "set_extension_ui_capabilities", "questionnaire": true}, each call reaches the client as one extension_ui_request with method questionnaire and all its questions, and the client replies with the answers. Clients that don't opt in see no change. RpcClient.setExtensionUiCapabilities() sends the command (#4089)
