any chance you can help us with the failing intellij test?
I think this is a problem in your repo but your tests aren't open source so I can't verify

Also I see that you depend on protobuf on HEAD without sha256. That might be a problem going forward

I assume it was some problem with the protobuf repo at HEAD; moving the to latest released version appears to have fixed it.

Latest released version of protobuf? And yeah, protobuf’s bazel buildozer at HEAD is sometimes broken
