If one scenario fails, all with the same background are also marked as failed

However, 3 are marked red in the res results.

These 3 share the same Background, but only one of them failed.

As Asim said, "It should be if background fails then all fail and not if a step fail then every scenario with that background fail"

@sermoa Can you please check this spec_formatter branch in which I have fixed above issue.

Also fixes an issue where res was reporting incorrectly. Issue was when a scenario fails rest all scenarios within same feature file reported as fail.
