Create a (log) file ON THE HOST COMPUTER of the output from the serial port #324

Hi,
The serial port is WONDERFUL!
The only feature missing is the option to be able to save the output of the serial port onto the host computer as a file.
Some terminal emulators allow this feature.
Please add it to PythonEditor.
