As a Consultant I want to be able to navigate to the 90% Weather Calculator off of the BCWS Public Web page So That it is easy to find and access

Additional Context

  • we need to identify who to contact to change the BCWS public site
  • dependant on having a public domain

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given a user navigates to the public web page, When the link is clicked, Then the 90% weather calculator opens
  • Government Criteria (WCAG etc.) for exposing site to the public has been satisfied
