Emails not sending to correct role #54
Description
Pulse emails sending to student as default, despite student not being selected as the email recipient.
Role previously used in CC to get copy of student email being used as main recipient (is not a student role)
Issue in question is occurring using the activity completion condition (link activity being targeted as complete, either as upcoming or all)
Same issue occurs when using the Event Completion condition, targeting same activity, when targeting specific event Course activity completion updated \core\event\course_module_completion_updated (either as upcoming or all)
