Added

• status_badge accepts an optional label, allowing translated text while
  preserving the status colour (#877).

Fixed

• An <Image file_uuid> whose storage lookup raises — a column the new
  code expects while the migration has not run, a dead connection — still
  renders "Image not available", and the failure is recorded
  (PhoenixKit.Modules.Shared.RenderCache). A file that is simply missing
  stays an ordinary placeholder. A renderer that caches HTML can tell the
  two apart and try the failed one again.
• Nested render-cache checks preserve failures in both enclosing and nested
  renders, and clean up after interrupted renders.
• Remove the MarkdownEditor hook's obsolete changes-status listener (#877).
• Configure development-only asset tools only in development, removing
  missing-application warnings from test and production runs.
• Clearing the package-discovery cache tolerates its owner exiting during
  cleanup and no longer creates a table owned by the cleanup process.

• Update locked Phoenix to 1.8.15 and Hackney to 4.8.4.
