  • Align the supported toolchain and coordinated package version with Octane 0.6.0, using Rspack/Rsbuild plugins 0.1.54 / 0.1.56. Add compiler regressions for universal scopes and JSX values, assigned styles, spread-child diagnostics, and form-capture attributes. Correct the ref example to use compatibility mode for its explicit callback and array memoization; document the Strong-mode restriction. See the migration guide.
