Penguin Community Index
The Penguin Community Index is a non-profit organization that strives to find the best thing for any category, anywhere made by the penguin community.
It is currently a highly prestigious ranking system that helps penguins all around the world.
During the time when the penguins wanted to grow and evolve, the penguin community wanted to find the best things everywhere for anything. That's when they found out that penguin have their own biases, and they made the Penguin Community Index.
The system is 10 judge penguins and the normal penguins vote for the best thing in the genre.
There are 10 great items for each genre. The normal penguins vote, and the top 4 get to pass.
The top 4 items for each genre get to be voted by the judges and the normal penguins, and the top item wins.
The best item for each genre go against each other and the most voted item wins the "Best-item Award" while the others get genre-specific awards.
