Fixes a closing-animation flash in dialogs, accordions, and other components that use the shared presence lifecycle.

The lifecycle now checks the browser's actual running animations before completing an exit. A finished CSS animation is no longer rejected because its document timeline started before the JavaScript timer. This prevents the element from briefly returning to its open appearance while waiting for the fallback timeout. Shorter transitions still wait for longer animations, and existing timeout behavior is preserved when completion events are missing.

All packages are versioned at 1.0.2. Only @data-slot/core contains runtime code changes. There are no breaking API changes, and no consumer CSS changes are required for this fix.

Validation: 1,785 unit tests passed, all 26 browser regression checks passed, and the reported cookie-modal and accordion interactions were verified in bejamas/ui locally before publishing.
