Document per-day Daily Practice grading and attendance exemption
Rewrites Grading Algorithms and How Grading Works for the new per-day
averaging + corrected completion-floor formula, replacing the old
lump-sum/proration model. Adds the excused-absence rule (EX-* codes,
UNV + WBL Called Out) to both pages, updates cross-references in
Managing Classes & Rosters, The DobbsCore Extension, Database Schema,
API Reference, and Home, and fixes a couple of stale/broken anchors
and a documented-but-nonexistent required_activity value found along
the way.

Rebuild wiki: teacher guides + technical reference
Replaces the obsolete pre-fork pages (Code, Spreadsheet-Integration,
Google-Cloud-Services — all described the old Google-Sheets version) with a
full two-part wiki:
For Teachers (non-technical): Quick Start, Managing Classes & Rosters, Daily
Practice & Assignments, How Grading Works (with worked examples covering
absences, enrollment proration, and section meeting exceptions), Work-Based
Learning Guide, Importing Micro-Credentials, The DobbsCore Extension
(install + every button).
Technical: Architecture, Database Schema, API Reference, SAT Question Pipeline,
Grading Algorithms, Extension Integration, Deployment & Auth, WBL Internals.
Plus _Sidebar.md for navigation. Home rewritten as the landing page.
